Juan Perón had many accomplishments while he was in power. He made social security universal, made education free, made paid vacations standard, gave workers free medical care, he created housing projects for low-income areas, and he formed trade unions. He also created the Argentina Institute Promotion of Exchange so that it would be in control of exports and improve the economy from it’s current status. Great Britain sold Perón a railroad and trolley system, and was able to pay of Argentina’s debt. Even though he was able to create a lot of accomplishments, everything still fell apart because his citizens were suffering. He failed because the reforms he tried to make were not radical enough. Although, he made good changes, he didn’t want to take the next step in bettering them when they went bad.
